EASY HOMEMADE BREAD
Mix till dry ingredients dissolve:
2 cups lukewarm water
2 packages dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
Add:
1/2 cup oil
5 cups flour (any combination of white and wheat will work)
2 beaten eggs
Mix well. Pour out on floured board (1 cup flour) Knead well. Let rise until doubled in greased bowl (about 1 hour.) Punch down and divide in half. Knead well and shape into two loaves. Let rise in greased loaf pans for 1 hour. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. (Outside will be brown before it is done -- leave it in!!!)
